Black History Month Event Featuring NLBM President Bob Kendrick

In recognition of Black History Month, Park University will host Bob Kendrick, president of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City, Mo., for a virtual event on Monday, Feb. 28, starting at 3 p.m.

ICM Orchestra Concert March 2022

The Park University International Center for Music Orchestra will present its third concert of the 2021-22 season on Friday, March 4, under the direction of Grammy Award-winning guest conductor John McLaughlin Williams.

Gilbert Campus Teams to Have Home at Bell Bank Park in Mesa

Park University’s Gilbert (Ariz.) Campus athletics teams will have a new place to call home starting in Spring 2022 as the University has signed a multiyear agreement with Legacy Sports USA. Bell Bank Park, a new 320-acre family sports and entertainment complex in Mesa, Ariz., will be the home for the Buccaneers men’s and women’s basketball, soccer and volleyball teams, as well as women’s beach volleyball and softball.

Peace Journalism Symposium

The Center for Global Peace Journalism at Park University will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a symposium that will look back on the CGPJ’s accomplishments and a look ahead on the future of peace journalism. The event will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 2, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. (Central time).
