The Master of Education (M.E.) in Organizational Leadership and Adult Learning is a progressive, multi-disciplinary, award-winning program that introduces key concepts of lifelong learning and development in a variety of contexts. Graduates and participants in the program are qualified for a variety of careers: such as training and development in organizations, the military, higher education, online/remote learning, and community-based education. This unique program emphasizes instructional design and educational technology to develop effective learning solutions. During your studies, you’ll connect with external organizations to solve real-world problems and take your career to the next level.
This degree is designed for busy working professionals. Courses are held entirely online, in convenient eight-week terms. You can enter the program in the fall, spring or summer.
As an Organizational Leadership and Adult Learning student, you’ll benefit from individualized attention from our dedicated faculty and a 14:1 student/faculty ratio. Our curriculum has been recognized by the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) with an Exceptional Program Award (2015) and earned a Curriculum Innovation Award from the Commission of Professors of Adult Education (CPAE), in 2013.
