Catherine O’Sullivan Appointed Director of Development and Alumni Engagement at Park University

Catherine O'SullivanApril 21, 2025 — Catherine O’Sullivan has been appointed to the role of director of development and alumni engagement within the Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations at Park University, effective today.

As director of development and alumni engagement, O’Sullivan will build and nurture relationships with alumni, donors and friends of the University, and will identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors to foster a deep sense of connection and commitment to Park’s mission and strategic goals. O’Sullivan will also create meaningful opportunities for engagement and collaboration by inspiring alumni and supporters to contribute their time, talent and resources to advance Park University’s programs, scholarships and initiatives.

Most recently, O’Sullivan served as a healthcare recruiter for PRN Healthcare, a nationwide staffing agency based in Appleton, Wis., from May 2022 to July 2023, and as a talent acquisition adviser for Kansas City, Mo., based Imperial PFS, a premium financing solutions company, from November 2021 to March 2022. Prior to owning Remix KC, a boutique store in Kansas City, Mo., from 2019-21, O’Sullivan was the manager of individual giving for the Kansas City Symphony from 2017-19 and director of advancement with the University of Missouri – Kansas City’s School of Medicine from 2012-16. She also served four years (2008-12) as director of alumni and constituent relations at UMKC.

A resident of Kansas City, Mo., O’Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English composition and literature from Fairfield (Ct.) University.
