This 30-hour fully online master’s degree is designed to help teachers enhance their leadership skills in their classrooms, schools and communities. The program focuses on developing teachers’ current skills and abilities to prepare for new leadership roles that include: leading a classroom of learners, department/grade level leader, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, etc.
The Master of Education in Instructional Leadership program (30 hours) is offered in an online format.

All advanced candidates must successfully complete the required credit hours with a 3.0 grade point average, with no more than two “C’s” and no grade lower than a “C.” See Academic Policies under the Academic Standards section of the catalog for more information.
