Online Course Proctoring
All Park University Undergraduate Online courses require a proctored final exam.
Students wishing to complete their final exam in the Testing Center on the Parkville Campus MUST schedule a testing date and time by submitting a completed REQUIRED online proctor form prior to finals week.
To access the proctor form follow the steps listed below:
- Go to http://captain.park.edu/portal/proctor.htm
- Once there, click on "student instructions"
- Print out the instructions there before you do "step 1," so that you will have them to follow once you go to the proctor form link.
We will process your request within two working days. At the most, you should receive your confirmation copy in your PirateMail within three working days. If you have not, you MUST contact the CDL at email@example.com to determine the reason. At the same time your confirmation is delivered to you, a copy is sent to your instructor, one is sent to the Distance Learning office, and one is sent back to the Testing Center. You will be required to have a proctor form on file in the Testing Center prior to completing your final exam.
Please do not contact the Testing Center to confirm receipt of your exam. We confirm receipt to instructors only. If you do not know the location of the Testing Center, or need to reschedule your testing session, please try to call the week before testing begins. We are extremely busy during the testing week and cannot always answer your calls or your phone messages until the end of the day, or the next day.
On the day of the testing, students must arrive at the Testing Center MA706, with a photo I.D., and all materials allowed by instructor.
