Adventis Outstanding Medical Student Scholarship

The recipients of this scholarship must be enrolled in a medical-related field of study such as:

• Pre-medicine
• Nursing
• Hospital Administration
• Medical Technology
• Radiology
• Health Education
• Respiratory/occupational and Physical Therapy
• Nutrition
• Sports Medicine

Special consideration will be given to minority students. Should be in their Junior or Senior year.

The recipient must include:

• Student Information Form
• One-page Bio Sheet
• Photo
