Enrollment Adjustments

The first eight (8) calendar days of a semester/term constitutes the Enrollment Adjustment Period.

  • During this time, you can exchange courses with no charge.

There are two ways to drop or withdraw from classes:

  • Go to any of the campuses (Parkville, Independence or Downtown) to complete an enrollment adjustment form OR
  • Send an email to the Student Assistance Center at enrollmentservices@park.edu from your PirateMail address and include the following information:

              -Name, Student ID, Daytime Phone, 

               Term/Semester, Course(s) to be dropped, and

               Reason.

Refund Policy

  • Any course dropped during the first eight (8) days of any term is charged 10%. If you decide to drop a course, it must be done PRIOR to the start of the term to receive a 100% refund.
