Online courses are offered in 8-week terms 5 times a year to help you achieve your educational goals in a flexible and academically stimulating format.

Requirements for Admission

To enter this online Military History Certificate program, a student must meet the following conditions:

• Earned high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• a cumulative 2.0 GPA in all previous college study
• Completion of the Application for Admission and payment of the $25 application fee.

Core Curriculum:

A total of 12 credit hours are required for certification completion, and a 3.0 GPA.

• HIS211 – The Great War, 1914-1918  3 cr.
• HIS332 – World War II 3 cr.
• HIS330 – U.S. Military History  3 cr.
• PO320 – American Foreign Policy  3 cr.

TOTAL: 12 credits
