General Information:

   --            Bachelor of Science degree offered in the 16-week and Online

   --            Minors available:
                      --Geography
                      --Geoscience
                      --GIS  (Geographic Information Systems)
                      --Global Sustainability

   --            Faculty-Student ratio:  15 to 1

   --           GIS computer lab available to majors

 

Curriculum:

   --            5 core (required) courses: Cultural, Physical, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), North America, and Natural Disasters

   --            6 major elective courses

   --            Internship in GIS course available

   --            All majors are required to complete a minor in order to provide a secondary field of expertise; students may choose from any of the minors
                  offered by the university including those listed above.
