Tinker AFB Campus Closed Wednesday; Fort Leonard Wood Campus Opening Late

Due to winter weather, Park University's Tinker Air Force Base (Okla.) Campus Center is closed today (Wednesday, March 4) and all classes are cancelled. Please note: The campus will stay open until 8:30 p.m. Thursday night (March 5) to assist students and faculty who were scheduled for Spring I finals tonight.


In addition, the Fort Leonard Wood (Mo.) Campus Center will open at 11 a.m. (Central time) due to road conditions. At this time, classes will be held as scheduled.


Park Ranked Among Top Private Colleges For Return On Investment

In a story published by The Wall Street Journal on March 2, Park University was mentioned as being one of the top private colleges in the country for return on investment. Park was tied for fifth nationally in the rankings with an annual ROI percentage of 8.3 percent, based on the 2014 PayScale College ROI Report. The ranking was for all majors, based on projected earnings over 20 years. Of the top 22 schools listed, Park’s four-year cost was the third-lowest.
