International Programs Assistant: Dawn Hyatt
dawn.hyatt@park.edu Dawn Hyatt joined Park University in March of 2009 as an Administrative Assistant for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. In August, 2010, she assumed the role of International Program Assistant with the Office of Global Education and Study Abroad. Prior to coming to work at Park University, Dawn was employed with American Century Investments as a Legal Administrative Coordinator for 19 years. A significant economic downturn in the investment market opened a new career path for Dawn. This opportunity has allowed her to work with students and others in the community on a regular basis. The opportunity to help students grow through study abroad programs, international clubs, and volunteer projects is a job for which Dawn has a great passion. Dawn resides in Kansas City North with her husband, Jodie, and daughter, Alyssa, a current Park University student. She enjoys spending time with her family, including the cats, in her spare time.
