Information Technology Services (ITS) is proud to announce a New Technical Support help desk Service to better serve our students, faculty, and staff. This service will extend our available hours for technical support from the current 8.00AM till 6.00PM Central Standard Time to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The new service will also include the capabilities of live chat services. The website is: http://parkuniversity.echelp.org/ which will also be linked on the front page of the Park University homepage (www.park.edu).
When you are connected with the Help Desk, you will be working with a dedicated, 24 hour support technician who will provide tier one level assistance for many common technical related issues. If the tier one technician can’t solve an issue, it will be escalated appropriately for further, in-depth assistance. Escalated issues after standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CST) will be addressed the next business day.
