Course Description: HA516 Healthcare Finance:The focus of this course is on financial management tools and strategies for healthcare organizations. The course includes capital and cash flow management, budgeting, financial markets, investment decisions, analyzing financial statements, pricing, cost analysis, performance evaluation, contract negotiation, financial accounting, problems and solutions of health insurance, government funding and methods of containing health costs.
