Room Assignments will be e-mailed to you at your Park University email address.
Returning students that have completed the application process will receive their room assignment by the end of the Spring semester. New students will receive room assignments around July 1. Please consult the timeline listed below to learn when you will be notified of your room assignment for the fall semester. You must have submitted your housing application, paid your housing deposit, and signed your housing contract to receive a room assignment. These dates are tentative and subject to change.

The wait list will be prioritized by those who fall under the current residency requirement (under 21 years of age with less than 58 credit hours completed) and/or those who are required to live on campus due to a grant or award. Special consideration will be given to those students who will be arriving from out of the state or out of the country. Those students who meet the primary criteria will then be prioritized based upon their confirmation status, meaning if you have paid your tuition you will be given first consideration.

The names appear in order of priority from the top down. Due to the nature of a co-ed campus with a variable ratio of male to female residents a female listed below a male may receive a room assignment first or vice versa. The list will be updated daily as space becomes available. You will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail when we have a space for you. You will have 48 hours to confirm or decline your room assignment. If you fail to confirm your room assignment within 48 hours you will be placed at the bottom of the list and contacted again if space becomes available.
