- Go to the Student Entrance
- Create your own account using the link
in the lower left corner.
- Use your student ID # as your LOGIN
- for ease of remembrance.
- Use the last 4 digits of your student ID as your PIN.
- Complete all your Profile information. If you leave fields blank, then
search criteria will not access your resume or contact information. Therefore,
make sure you complete the entire career profile.
Upload your resume into the database per the instructions on the
registration page. (It is important that you read all of these instructions
to insure that your resume is uploaded properly. E-mail your resume to me
firstname.lastname@example.org so that I may approve it before you upload it
into the database.)
Check the Recruiting Icon for on-campus interviews or for companies
that have specifically requested a resume collection for a particular opening.
(These are very infrequent as most companies prefer to interview at their place
of business or collect their resumes online.)
Access the job listings for part-time, internships, summer, and
full-time opportunities. Many of the jobs in the database are for part-time
positions. (I believe the most efficient way to check new listings is to
click on Jobs and Internships. Then go to the quick link – Recently added by my
The only full-time opportunities listed are for companies who
have sent us an opening because they have an immediate need or they do not have
a well know web address, or because they are interested in our students. Most
full-time positions are listed on individual companies’ websites.

Complete all your profile/contact information.
If you have an internship that you wish to announce, please e-mail
so that she can personally find candidates for you and market your
opportunity to our students.
If you have a full-time opening, you may either enter the job
information yourself or e-mail your openings to
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will post your job for 60 days at no charge.
If you would like access to our resumes in the database, please
contact us to discuss your needs.
