SHRM AlignmentPark University’s School of Business Human Resource Management Program has earned recognition from the Society for Human Resource Management, the largest human resources professional development association worldwide. This distinction is based on SHRM’s evaluation and assessment of the Park School of Business Human Resource Management program topics, courses, business contexts and delivery methods.
Alignment with SHRM’s curriculum generates commonality between human resource management programs to set a standard minimum skill set needed by employers who seek to fill HR professional positions.
Park’s Human Resource Management Program alignment with SHRM curriculum means that there is a strong grounding in the various areas of knowledge our students need to have to increase their chances of passing such SHRM certifications as the Professional in Human Resources exam or the Senior PHR exam.
