The Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership program starts with the premise that communication is the essence of effective leadership. The student trained in communication is uniquely qualified to provide innovative leadership within the global community.

The Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership degree at Park is an innovative graduate program that combines coursework in communication studies with a special focus on transformational leadership and organizational change. This graduate degree program is offered online and face-to-face and prepares creative and skilled communicators who possess advanced interpersonal and organizational skills that can be applied to positions in corporate and non-profit organizations, the military, government, politics and more.

About Our Students

Master's degree students in Communication and Leadership have earned bachelor’s degrees in a variety of disciplines including public relations, criminal justice, business and information technology. Most of our students work full-time and are pursuing a master’s degree to further polish their communication skills, qualify for a promotion or pursue new career opportunities.
